Acciona in its Industrial business line, requires the addition of a QAQC Site Manager for its projects in the Netherlands.

Mission: Collaborate and provide support on the Quality of the projects carried out by his/her business unit/department, in keeping with the guidelines given by his/her supervisor or manager, so that his/her work will enhance decision-making processes and processes involving the project’s execution and provide the internal client with added value through his/her professional performance.
Reports directly to the Project Director and Country QAQC Manager, according to the Internal Organization established for the project. He/she will be located according to the Project needs and as indicated by the Project Director, being the work center at site in Groningen.
Functions: The QAQC Site Manager will have the following key responsibilities.
• Assist the QA/QC manager in the organization of the Quality Department and in the maintenance and control of the QMS.
• Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Participate in the Method of Statements which will ensure the quality of the
• Monitoring the site construction related to each discipline works and the appropriate installation/erection to be done.
• Ensure all Contractors’ control measures and procedures are documented, implemented and auditable and fully comply with requirements.
• Ensure all Site inspection are performed according to the quality level.
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
• Maintain all QC records in an orderly and easily accessible manner.
• Report and draft Non-conformance or out of specification activities for the appropriate action.
• Ensure that external and internal testing schedule conducted and test results are reviewed for compliance.
• Liaise with the site construction staff and provide assistance when requested.
• Follow the non-conformities NCRs and SORs close up.

• Support the procurement department for the FATs.
• Participate in the projects meetings as the Quality responsible person.
• Develop the required internal Quality Audits.
• Participate in the external Quality Audits.

Requisitos del candidato

Qualifications:
Degrees-Certificates/Training: University Degree in Engineering is not required but a Technical
Degree is recommendable.
Languages: high level of English
Dutch and Spanish are highly recomended
A minimum of 3 years' experience as QAQC Site Manager in EPC international projects is
required.
Knowledge of the Microsoft office tool is required and other knowledge of CAD and Primavera
will be valued.
Ability to adapt to change and availability to reside in the Netherlands is required.
