About Us 🚀

4WARD is building the bridge between sustainability education and careers. We empower climate-focused professionals and connect them with organizations driving environmental innovation.

As an Online Community Events & Sector Volunteer, you will help lead monthly online sector calls, find and host interesting speaker talks, facilitate industry engagement and collaboration in sector groups and advance industrywide networking and knowledge sharing opportunities.

Volunteer Goals 💪

• Find and recruit interesting speakers and industry leaders to give talks and fireside chats.

• Facilitate networking and industry engagement within sector group and cross platform

• Connect and introduce relevant members, impossible collaborators

• Sharing and promote online calls and global events

• Build and manage community rituals, like weekly topics, spotlight features, or networking initiatives; Identify high-engagement members and empower them as micro-community leaders.

• Work with online events team to create incredible content and value for the community

Helpful Skills & Experience 🌟

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Charismatic personality and love meeting others, talking in/leading groups and hosting events

• Industry experience in your sectors of choice is always helpful :)

• Community-first mindset—you love creating spaces where people connect, share, and grow.
