Foster Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to assess contracts, fostering collaboration and maximizing efficiency.
Empower Global Sales Teams: Empower global sales teams by providing expert support during negotiations, driving successful outcomes.
Utilize Legal Expertise: Utilize legal acumen to draft and evaluate commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and efficacy.
Innovate and Streamline Processes: Innovate standard contracts and templates, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Drive Excellence in Audits and Certifications: Drive excellence in audits and certifications, maintaining adherence to industry standards.
Optimize Organizational Effectiveness: Spearhead contract review and improvement processes, optimizing organizational effectiveness.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business law or similar studies
Experience: Several years of industry-relevant professional experience
Language Skills: Business-level German and English
