Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RCC dam construction, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee RCC mix design, placement, curing, and material selection.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering with 10+ years in dam construction (RCC preferred).
• Expertise in RCC construction techniques, quality control, and project management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
