We’re looking for a leader experienced in logistics or waste management. Someone with strong business development and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong expertise in operations, sales, SHE compliance and budget management and the ability to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in waste management and recycling, strong knowledge of Namibian regulatory frameworks and a stellar record of growing business revenue while optimising operations for maximum impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency in project execution and service delivery
• Lead and develop teams, conducting staff training to build a high-performance workforce
• Manage company assets & security, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Ensure SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) compliance, conducting audits and enforcing safety regulations
• Drive revenue growth through business development, sales strategies, and customer acquisition
• Optimise logistics & fleet management, including vehicle tracking, scheduling, and waste management
• Control budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships, engaging with clients, municipalities, and industry leaders to expand business opportunities
