Associate Project Manager - Environment Testing

Position Summary: 

The Associate Project Manager supports the Project Management Staff in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Set-up
  • Creates projects in LIMS based on quotes or existing projects
  • Creates bottle orders
  • Schedules couriers as needed
• Sample Receipt
  • Reviews sample logins
  • Generates subcontract paperwork
  • Sends client sample receipt confirmation
  • Reviews draft invoices
  • Confirms that any client needed information is recorded in LIMS
• Reporting
  • Creates and issues final deliverables
• Invoicing
  • Reviews final invoice before issuing to client
  • Performs invoice corrections as needed
• Other duties as assigned. 

Position is 1st M-F 8am-5pm.
