Job Description
Position Summary:
The Associate Project Manager supports the Project Management Staff in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Set-up
- Creates projects in LIMS based on quotes or existing projects
- Creates bottle orders
- Schedules couriers as needed
- Sample Receipt
- Reviews sample logins
- Generates subcontract paperwork
- Sends client sample receipt confirmation
- Reviews draft invoices
- Confirms that any client needed information is recorded in LIMS
- Reporting
- Creates and issues final deliverables
- Invoicing
- Reviews final invoice before issuing to client
- Performs invoice corrections as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Position is 1st M-F 8am-5pm.
