Job Description:
Accountabilities
• Participate to establishing, implementation, maintaining and improvement of the
HSE Local Management System according to International Standards, IMS and
Local Procedures;
• Participate to the implementation of the STS activities in compliance with HSE
Policies, HSE Legislative requirements , HSE Customer Requirements and HSE
Management System (IMS);
• Participate to the HSE hazard identification, HSE risk assessment and
identification of necessary controls measures (Management Plan) within HSE
Policies, applicable HSE Legislation, HSE Customer requirements and HSE
Management System (IMS);
• Participate to HSE Legislative compliance audits to the HSE Legislative
requirements;
• Participate to the implementation of HSE Programs for the achieving of the HSE
objectives and targets;
• Participate to the implementation of the HSE training;
• Participate to the identification and management of Local potential emergency
situation;
• Participate to the HSE audits, HSE inspection and HSE legal compliance audit;
• Participate to the investigation and analysis in case of HSE accidents and
incidents (also in case of near misses).
• Participate to the identification of nonconformities and verification that the
corrective/preventive actions are taken to mitigate it and avoid the recurrence;
• Participate to the HSE analysis, trending and reporting of HSE data;
• Participate to the implementation of HSE executive summaries and reports for
annual management review meetings;
• Participate to the maintain the HSE Database for non conformity, corrective and
preventive action;
• Participate to incident investigations and analysis;
• Assists in developing and implementation of systems and standards to facilitate
the capturing and analysis of HSE statistics.
Required Skills & Experience
• University Degree: Engineering or similar technical degree, Economics (in alternative qualified HSE Master), Legal or Equivalent Technical background
• 2 up to 5 Years of Business experience
• Communication, presentation and training techniques
• Health & safety and environmental technical legislation knowledge
• Health & safety and environmental legislation knowledge
• • Applicable Standards and Certification knowledge (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 119011)
• Reporting capability
Desired Skills & Experience
• University Degree: Engineering or similar technical degree, Economics (in alternative qualified HSE Master), Legal or Equivalent Technical background
• 5 Years of Business experience
• Communication, presentation and training techniques
• Health & safety and environmental technical legislation knowledge
