Revalue is obsessed with one of the planet’s most critical but complex challenges: seeing nature regenerated at the planetary scale.
Our mission: to create radically better carbon credits for the planet.
Solving this requires a blend of deep experience and out-of-the-box approaches.
We’ve built a a world-class team of exceptional forest scientists, ecologists and conservationists, working closely with teams of machine learning and software engineers, business and marketing to tackle some of the most complex problems in nature conservation and restoration.
We hire people who are not just driven by our mission, but who thrive on challenge and know how to make hard things happen.
Revalue is Mission over Ego.

You love a challenge - the harder it gets, the more excited you are
You want to be surrounded by like-minded people who are sharing the journey with you
You prefer easy tasks and predictable routines. Solving unsolved problems means embracing ambiguity and frequent change.
You like to stay in your comfort zone. We're constantly tested by new challenges and need to adapt and act swiftly. If you prefer to stick to your lane, then this isn't the environment for you.
You're not passionate about our mission and vision. Nature is our #1 priority, ahead of fancy perks and benefits.
