Lucid is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Operations Leader to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition function. This role will be responsible for optimizing our recruitment processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance our hiring capabilities, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
You Will:
Strategy and Process Improvement
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Continuously analyze and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead process improvement initiatives across the talent acquisition lifecycle
Technology and Systems Management
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
- Ensure data integrity and manage reporting capabilities of recruitment systems
- Drive adoption of new technologies and tools within the talent acquisition team
Data Analytics and Reporting
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to leadership
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition operations team members
- Collaborate with HR business partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand and meet talent needs
- Partner with other HR functions to ensure alignment of talent acquisition with broader HR strategies
Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Implement and maintain standardized recruitment processes across the organization
You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in an operations or leadership role
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and HR analytics tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Proven track record of process improvement and implementing innovative solutions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar HR certification is a plus
