Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be essential in providing assistance to users, solving inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of in-house developed applications. The ideal candidate will be able to monitor and implement necessary administrative changes within the system and serve as a primary point of contact for technical and application-related support.
Business Support Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries, providing timely support for in-house applications.
- Monitor and manage administrative changes within the system to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications.
- Assist in the documentation of support processes, FAQs, and system updates.
- Provide end-user training and guidance on the proper use of applications when needed.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the development team to improve the user experience.
- Assist in user account management and system configuration adjustments.
- Stay up to date with application updates and changes to ensure continuous system improvement.
