As a Online Community Events Team Lead Volunteer you will help lead the online events team, shape our event content and strategy, facilitate industry engagement and collaboration in sector groups and advance industrywide networking and knowledge sharing opportunities.
Volunteer Goals 💪
Shape Event Strategy: Craft and execute innovative online event plans that bring together the brightest minds in climate tech.
Lead Virtual Experiences: Oversee sector-specific calls, expert panels, pitch sessions, and onboarding events, ensuring exceptional quality and engagement.
Build & Empower a Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of online event volunteers who share your vision and enthusiasm.
Foster Global Connections: Create opportunities for networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration across the climate tech ecosystem.
Drive Results: Use data and feedback to refine events, track success metrics, and continuously enhance the experience for attendees.
Find and recruit interesting speakers and industry leaders to give talks and fireside chats.
Helpful Skills & Experience 🌟
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Charismatic personality and love meeting others, talking in/leading groups and hosting events
Team leadership and management experience is certainly helpful :)
