Your Impact

As the Mid-Market SDR Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Tacto’s sales pipeline. By leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), you will empower them to consistently achieve and exceed opportunity targets. Your work will be instrumental in shaping scalable sales processes, optimizing performance, and ensuring the team operates efficiently. Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other SDR teams, you’ll help align strategies and drive sustainable growth.

Your Tasks

  • Lead, coach & mentor the SDR team: Provide hands-on guidance to your team, helping them meet and exceed opportunity targets while fostering their professional growth.

  • Analyze and optimize performance: Use data and analytics to monitor team metrics, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Attract and onboard top talent: Recruit, train, and integrate new SDRs into the team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

  • Drive pipeline growth: Own the team’s outbound sales performance by implementing effective lead generation and outreach strategies.

  • Establish scalable sales processes: Design and roll out workflows, templates, and best practices for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the SDR Manager, Marketing, and AE teams to align goals, coordinate campaigns, and streamline lead handoff processes.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends: Continuously explore and implement best practices and emerging tools to improve the team’s efficiency and results.

  • Become AI Native: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate the work of your team, experiment with new approaches, and share successful workflows – contributing to Tacto's culture of high-velocity execution and innovation.

Your Profile

  • You bring 3+ years of proven sales experience with demonstrable success in prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal closing

  • You work analytically with a data-driven approach to optimize team performance metrics and drive improvement

  • You excel at mentoring and developing sales talent, with the ability to motivate teams to reach ambitious targets

  • You maintain a customer-centric focus while effectively managing stakeholder relationships

  • You possess outstanding German communication skills (C2 level) for effective prospect and team engagement
