(Senior) Business Development Representative
Your impact
Sales is the most important area for scaling our product & organisation. You are the first point of contact for our customers and help them to solve their problems. By being hands-on, you will scale our sales and the entire organisation. You will work directly with the management team, help shape the product and help us deliver value to our customers while preparing our organisation for further scaling.
Your tasks
This is your fast-track to take off in the business sector: In just one year, you can develop from a prospecting expert to an experienced sales professional and take responsibility for your own deals in the sales pipeline - from qualified lead generation to the successful closing of a contract. As a prospecting expert, you are the first point of contact for our customers and are largely responsible for our prospecting pipeline by convincing new leads of Tacto:
You take responsibility for the prospecting pipeline from identifying to convincing new leads
You test and implement ways to generate new outbound and inbound leads
You develop a deep understanding of our product and impress our leads with different sales techniques
Independently conduct intensive market research to identify new potential customers
You design and develop convincing sales material and presentations
You proactively approach decision-makers by phone, email and social media
You prepare call scripts and templates
You organise and conduct training sessions and workshops for the sales team
Your profile
You are motivated to build something from the ground up and enjoy working hands-on
You have good written and personal communication skills in German
You enjoy talking to customers, like to convince people and are diligent so that customers can rely on you
You have initial experience in SaaS sales, are tech-savvy and/or interested in the industrial sector
