(Senior) Product Manager
Your Impact
As a (Senior) Product Manager at Tacto, you will be the driving force behind our mission to create future-proof supply chains for the European Mittelstand – the backbone of our economy. You will translate our product vision into concrete features that deliver measurable value for our customers. Working at the intersection of user needs and technical capabilities, you'll own the product development lifecycle for key features and collaborate across teams to bring solutions to market. Your contributions will not only shape our product but also help establish the scalable processes that will take our product organization to the next level as we accelerate our growth.
Your Tasks
Product Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of key product features aligned with our established roadmap and strategy.
Customer-centric prioritization: Prioritize product ideas in line with our product strategy based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback to ensure that our product creates value for our customers.
Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand customer problems through direct engagement and translate needs into implementable solutions.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment between engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
Technical Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering to define requirements, manage scope, and ensure seamless implementation.
Product Discovery: Partner with UX to validate hypotheses, conduct user research, and implement feedback loops.
Process Improvement: Help establish scalable product development workflows that improve team efficiency.
Become AI Native: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate your work, experiment with new approaches, and share successful workflows – contributing to Tacto's culture of high-velocity execution and innovation.
Your Profile

You thrive in fast-paced environments with high ownership and hands-on execution
You already have 2–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
You have at least 2 years of experience in a dynamic, ambitious environment (high growth startup, top-tier tech company, own founding experience)
You are passionate about industrial companies, SMEs and supply chains - one of the largest unsolved optimization problems of our time
Strong commercial sense paired with good technical understanding
You enjoy working with an interdisciplinary, diverse and international team
You have strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
