Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and recommend actions to increase sales effectiveness
• Create reports and dashboards for management and sales department (e.g. in Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Manage and optimize data flow (retail, wholesale, product categories, regions, etc.)
• Support the sales department in planning, forecasting and KPI analysis
• Development of analytical tools and sales performance indicators
• Automation of reporting and development of analytical tools to support sales
• Collaborate with the marketing department in analyzing campaign effectiveness and customer segmentation
• Create sales strategy recommendations based on market and competitive analysis

Qualifications:

• University education (preferred majors: Economics, data analysis, mathematics, management, computer science)
• Experience working as a Sales Analyst or in the area of business analytics
• Very good knowledge of Excel (including VBA) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics) will be an advantage
• Ability to work with and interpret large data sets
• Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions and recommend actions
• Communication skills and ability to work with various departments within the company
