Responsibilities:

• Strategic further development of operational quality management

• Contributing to the long-term development of quality-related processes

• Technology planning for the area of measuring equipment and procedures

• Team management: personnel management and development as well as coordination and prioritization of activities

• Initiating and leading interdisciplinary quality rounds

• Collaboration with internal stakeholders (QMB, CLF Quality, Operations, Engineering)

• Independent planning and implementation of internal optimization projects for quality procedures and quality-related processes

• Coordination of internal and external training courses

Qualifications:

• Completed studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, production technology or similar

• Knowledge and experience in quality assurance methods, quality planning and statistics

• Experience in the manufacturing industry, especially machining

• Very good knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis and change management

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Experience in project and change management and in the introduction of new quality standards

• Sound knowledge of quality-relevant standards and regulations

• Independent, structured way of working and assertiveness

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
