Strategic further development of operational quality management
Contributing to the long-term development of quality-related processes
Technology planning for the area of measuring equipment and procedures
Team management: personnel management and development as well as coordination and prioritization of activities
Initiating and leading interdisciplinary quality rounds
Collaboration with internal stakeholders (QMB, CLF Quality, Operations, Engineering)
Independent planning and implementation of internal optimization projects for quality procedures and quality-related processes
Coordination of internal and external training courses
Completed studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, production technology or similar
Knowledge and experience in quality assurance methods, quality planning and statistics
Experience in the manufacturing industry, especially machining
Very good knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis and change management
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience in project and change management and in the introduction of new quality standards
Sound knowledge of quality-relevant standards and regulations
Independent, structured way of working and assertiveness
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
