About the Role

As Head of CRM Solutions, you will lead the strategic direction, architecture, and implementation of business-critical CRM solutions. Reporting to the CTO for Strategy and Operations, you will ensure that our technology ecosystem enables operational excellence and enhances business agility in the fast-evolving energy trading sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Vendor Management: Oversee a team of internal specialists and external consultants, balancing in-house expertise with third-party capabilities.

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a clear vision for CRM solutions, aligning technology with business objectives.

  • Solution Architecture & Integration: Ensure design and optimisation of solution architecture and seamless API integrations with other enterprise systems.

  • Continuous Service Improvement: Drive innovation, scalability, and efficiency in CRM platform, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product management, security, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions tailored to business needs.

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements in CRM implementations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners.

About You

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and its application within enterprise environments.

  • A strong technical background as a solution architect, technical product owner, or senior software developer.

  • Experience in leading complex CRM projects in fast-paced, evolving industries.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives.

  • A track record of working in highly dynamic organisations, adapting to frequent changes and evolving business needs.

  • Experience managing external vendors while maintaining strategic direction internally.
