As a Domain Leader (Tribe Lead) in the Robotics Software Engineering organization, you are responsible for the development of Fleet Management Product portfolio for the intralogistics market (AGV, AMR). The portfolio covers Traffic Management, Path Planning, Portals and Workflow Optimization.

You will lead a global group of autonomous development teams (Squads) and support the teams to deliver state-of-the-art Fleet Management Products and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance. You are a member of the global Management Team

In your role you will closely co-operate with stakeholders (e.g. product management, support department), peer Domain Leaders, architects and internal service departments (e.g. IT department).

Skills and Experience:

• Master degree in Informatics or Computer Science (or equivalent through experience)

• At least 10 years of experience in managing software engineering teams, preferable in an international context

• Proven track record in defining product vision and developing portfolio of software products. Ability to link market pull with technology push.

• Proven track record in customer driven development and results driven innovation 

• Good understanding of technology landscape (AI, cloud, API platforms) in the intralogistics domain

• Deep understanding of (scaled) agile software engineering principles, methodologies, and technologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
