Position Overview
Apollo's Business Solutions Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to support the Business Solutions group and the COO in driving change, designing/redesigning critical business control processes and ensuring that the capabilities of key non-investment support functions remain aligned with the business needs of the firm’s rapidly growing and constantly changing domestic insurance advisory business. The Associate will work with team members across the firm’s various business functions with a focus on project management, process improvement and driving change. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program/project management, and business control process design and implementation, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders (including senior management).
Key Responsibilities:
Drive multi-disciplinary teams to achieve organizational change by applying best practices and techniques in program/project management, business control process design and reengineering, and workshop facilitation. In addition, support the COO by managing cross-functional initiatives, various reporting needs, and supporting strategic alignment of Apollo’s domestic insurance advisory business. Pay Range

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
