We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.

Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.

Lucid is hiring a Talent Acquisition Program Manager who will lead the standardization of key recruitment processes, create a unified employer brand, and drive impactful talent programs, including the employee referral program, to elevate our talent acquisition strategy. You’ll be responsible for creating repeatable processes that can grow with the company, improving candidate experience, and fostering an inclusive and compelling employer brand. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, process optimization, and execution skills to create a strong foundation for sustainable hiring practices.

You Will:

  • Design and implement an employer branding strategy that reflects Lucid as a cutting-edge EV company with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and a collaborative culture
  • Work with HR, Marketing, and PR teams to create high-quality content such as employee testimonials, success stories, social media campaigns, and job advertisements that resonate with top talent
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of engaged candidates through outreach campaigns, thought leadership, and participation in EV industry events, university partnerships, and conferences
  • Revise and standardize the employee referral program to ensure it’s scalable, transparent, and integrated into the company’s hiring practices. Establish clear guidelines for how referrals are tracked, evaluated, and rewarded
  • Implement a clear, consistent rewards and recognition system to celebrate successful referrals, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Develop and standardize key recruiting processes across the talent acquisition function to ensure consistency and scalability. This includes developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for job requisitions, candidate screening, interview processes, and offer management
  • Create a clear, repeatable recruitment process that integrates seamlessly with other HR systems and improves operational efficiency. Ensure the process is easy to follow for both hiring managers and candidates
  • Leverage talent acquisition technologies (ATS, HRIS, etc.) to automate workflows and ensure that processes are standardized, efficient, and user-friendly. Collaborate with IT to implement scalable recruitment tools
  • Establish clear KPIs to measure the effectiveness of all talent programs. Provide regular reports on program performance, candidate experience, and process efficiency to senior leadership, highlighting areas for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers across the business to understand their needs and provide guidance on optimizing recruitment processes. Ensure hiring managers are aligned with standardized processes and expectations
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating the efficiency of existing processes and implementing data-driven solutions
  • Lead change management efforts related to process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions when new processes or tools are implemented across the organization.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or HR program management, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven success in designing and standardizing recruitment processes and driving process improvements.
  • Experience in building and scaling talent programs, including employee referral programs, and employer branding.
  • Strong process orientation with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making with experience in analyzing metrics to optimize processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in an evolving startup environment

This is an onsite role with 1-2 day flexibility to work remotely, based out of our headquarters in Newark, CA.
