As a Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist and ensure the efficient administration and management of all human resource endeavors, including hiring, recruiting, training, and other customary duties. You will work closely with various departments in our company to ensure staff welfare. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule and manage interviews, handle logistics, and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating company policies, procedures, and onboarding materials.
  • Help plan and execute career fairs, networking events, internal engagement activities, and vendor relationships.
  • Support onboarding processes, facilitate orientation sessions, and contribute to building a positive work culture.
  • Analyze and enhance HR and recruitment processes, track metrics, and generate insights.
  • Maintain ATS records, gather candidate feedback, and ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
  • Assist with the execution and coordination of the 2025 Internship program plan
  • Provide general support to the HR team, including maintaining digital records and assisting with ad hoc projects.

Requirements: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS platforms (preferred).
  •  Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management (PLUS)
