We're seeking a German-speaking Recruiter to help us grow our diverse teams across Europe. You will join our Talent Acquisition team of 7 amazing recruiters hiring across 9 countries (Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Denmark, and the United Kingdom). Fastned is growing fast, and ensuring we continue to hire the best talent is key to our mission: Creating freedom for electric drivers. Electric mobility is new territory for you? No problem! As part of your onboarding, you will participate in a series of exciting workshops where you will learn everything necessary about electric mobility and fast charging infrastructure. You are the driver - this is not a top-down environment where you just execute, but rather, we encourage you to be a true business partner for hiring managers from A-Z. Who we are looking for

You bring along experience in recruiting in-house (a must) - preferably in a fast-paced, international environment, while some previous agency work is always welcome. To navigate the complexity of our roles and close them, you need to bring along a solid commercial mindset, which also enables you to be a successful negotiator. You feel comfortable working with various stakeholders regardless of their position or background across all levels of the organisation (that being said, there is very little hierarchy at Fastned). Outstanding communication skills are key here. You know how to inspire, support and understand the interplay between people and processes. Additionally, you bring along:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in recruitment;

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree;

  • Near-native German language skills, excellent spoken and written English (company language);

  • Experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. Recruitee, LinkedIn Recruiter);

  • You feel connected to Fastned's mission: to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility by giving freedom to electric drivers.

  • Short take-home assignment & following interview at the HQ with our Head of Talent Acquisition, Chris & one of our directors. You’ll get the chance to tour the office to catch the vibe & energy and chat with a bunch of future colleagues.
