Sales Operating System to ensure predictable revenue growth and optimal alignment between energy supply and customer demand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and execute a structured, scalable revenue strategy aligned with the company's energy supply growth
- Design and implement best-in-class sales processes for consistent, predictable revenue growth
- Align sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimise revenue operations
- Define and manage revenue performance metrics, forecasting models, and budget adherence
- Establish governance structures to drive accountability and performance visibility
- Lead and scale a high-performance national sales team (15â20 people by 2026)
- Implement CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics for efficiency and accuracy
- Drive a data-driven sales culture with clear KPIs, structured coaching, and performance reviews
- Oversee deal structuring, contract negotiations, and execution of bankable energy supply agreements
- Present investment-ready agreements to executive leadership and investment committees
- Develop a structured account management strategy, incorporating named accounts, dynamic allocation, and account-based marketing (ABM) to optimise engagement and performance
- Align marketing initiatives with revenue targets to ensure effective lead generation
- Track and optimise marketing spend ROI to improve customer acquisition
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to refine targeting and positioning
- Strengthen the brand positioning and market presence
- Ensure continuous lead generation through the Growth team, in line with the expansion strategy
- Oversee key partnerships, commercial initiatives, and portfolio management to expand the business market influence
- Act as the commercial lead in strategic discussions with stakeholders
