To growing IT Supply Chain domain team we are looking for experienced professional to join as Business Analyst (BA).

Businnes Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into IT solutions that enhance supply chain operations. It demands a deep understanding of business requirements, IT systems, and data flows to optimize operations and drive strategic initiatives.

How you will make and impact:

  • Act as the interface between the business and the software development team.

  • Prepare software requirement specification documents for all software development projects.

  • Create process flowcharts to represent business logic.

  • Track change requests that arise during the software development process.

  • Notify stakeholders of any issues with current technical solutions being implemented.

  • Assess the business impact of changes to business requirements.

  • Provide stakeholders with updates on product development processes, costs, and budgets.

  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure implementation aligns with the project schedule.

  • Embody Hitachi Energy鈥檚 core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while fostering care for your colleagues and the business.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a similar Business Analysis role,

  • Proven experience in business requirements management, designing solutions and coordinating development activities with technical stakeholders,

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with business and IT stakeholders in a complex, highly international environment,

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills,

  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment,

  • Fluency in English.
