Responsibilities:

• You support and guide all HR processes – from hiring to employee development and offboarding.

• You implement HR measures in compliance with labor law and tariff regulations.

• You independently record, maintain, review, and correct master and variable data in Workday and LOGA to ensure high data quality.

• You assist with recurring HR processes, such as bonus processes and employee reviews.

• You manage digital personnel files and ensure all relevant data is up-to-date, accurate, and validated for day-to-day operations.

• You support the HR Manager by providing and validating data and coordinating appointments.

Qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on human resources, or have a comparable qualification.

• Ideally, you have initial experience in HR administration or a similar HR role.

• Experience with Workday and LOGA is a plus – if not, we’re happy to train you.

• You are proficient in MS Office.

• You work in a structured, organized, and reliable manner – taking initiative comes naturally to you.

• Team spirit, discretion, and strong communication skills complete your profile.
