About Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Digital Content Manager primary function assists equipping the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and knowledge to effectively sell the company鈥檚 products by designing and executing sales enablement programs leveraging instructional design, digital content managing and developing cutting-edge learning solutions, and overseeing the end-to-end design, development and execution of digital learning materials.
Role Responsibilities
Creating and implementing training modules for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing sales reps. Provide new sales reps with the necessary training and resources to quickly become productive.
Partnering with subject matter experts, craft sales materials such as SharePoint web design, presentations, battle cards, product sheets, case studies and sales guides.
Working closely with marketing teams to align sales messaging and campaign strategies.
Supporting the implementation and usage of sales technology tools including the creation of training guides, videos, eLearning and in-person training.
Design processes to help sales teams execute their strategies while gathering feedback to identify training needs and improve content.
Deploy sales enablement programs and measure results through robust analytics linking learning initiatives with business outcomes.
Manage project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and quality in content delivery.
Experience / Competencies
Essential
Deep expertise in instructional design, digital content strategy, and multimedia development, with a specialization in graphic design and interactive media.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and eLearning development tools including: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and animation/motion graphic tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, typography, layout, and digital storytelling techniques.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, global environment while maintaining creative excellence.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Desired
Experience in a global environment and the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts.
Familiarity with the latest trends in digital content and instructional design.
Ability to innovate and think creatively to develop cutting-edge learning solutions.
