Job Role & Responsibilities

Maintain a record of all new vehicles delivered to the premises

Maintain documentation detailing all setup related processes from delivery to activation

Responsible for the timely setup of vehicles

Responsible for all processes from the initial delivery of vehicles until the vehicle is activated

Liaise with Documentation team to ensure that Vehicle plate numbers, insurance and other documentation are delivered appropriately to ensure timely activation

Responsible for following up the setup process until the vehicle is activated

Upload the accurate vehicle details into VAMS as soon as the vehicles are delivered into the facility and subsequently until vehicle is ready for activation

Sort and arrange for vehicles that are designated for other locations and follow up delivery until the vehicles are delivered correctly.

Manage and maintain a record of all vehicle VINs,Battery and charger serial number upon delivery

Requirements

2yrs fleet management

Minimum of HND/BSC in any Engineering discipline.

Logistics industry preference
