Job Summary/Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professionals overseeing the civil design of large scale complex projects with a near-term emphasis on design-build delivery.

• Supervise and lead project plan production and technical reports.

• Establish budgets and schedules for project deliverables.

• Develop and manage key client relationships.

• Provide technical expertise for studies and design efforts.

• Present complex technical solutions to clients.

• Perform quality control reviews of work developed by others.

• Participate in the development of technical proposals.

• Mentor, grow, and recruit staff.
