Job Description
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Responsible for developing sales of service products for FPP in Thailand.
- Promote and sell service solutions and system modernization to meet sales target
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, generate proposals and follow-up quotations to secure orders.
- Provide pre-sales preparation, sales negotiation and after sales service.
- Identify opportunities with regular customers and customers who do not currently use our services to promote wider commercial coverage.
- Expand market share to achieve sales target by maintaining existing customers, developing new customers and build good relationship.
- Work collaboratively with FPP BU to ensure full understanding of available service products and how they can be taken to the local markets.
- Provide required reporting to FPP BU and R&C organization.
- Other task that maybe assigned by the Management.
- Develop, agree internally, and execute service business development plans
- Develop SLA (Maintenance contracts) business approach,
- Participates in best practice implementation: Service products, best practices, processes, procedures, templates.
- Ensures alignment and close cooperation with FPP BU Service and Service business colleagues of other GEA divisions in Thailand
- Provides financial reports, budget forecast, monitors closely revenues and profits performances for services to stick to the budget
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the machinery or industrial equipment sector
Knowledge of business planning, preparation of business cases etc. - Superior commercial skills and negotiation
- Good understanding of the market (customers, their location) relevant for GEA FHT in Thailand.
- Good knowledge of competitors, their services and products
- Good understanding some of food processing, packaging, applied components and services
- Good understanding of market trends in food processing and packaging
- Good understanding of technological trends in food processing and packaging
- Strong mechanical aptitudes including know how on food processing equipment for meat applications.
- Good understanding of service sales costing
- Strong customer service orientation (internal and external customers)
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Being part of a small team, flexible to adapt to different tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently. Willing to work beyond regular office hours (if necessary)
