Responsibilities:

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Communications Manager with a strategic mindset to elevate our corporate communications. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our communication strategy, ensuring our brand's voice is consistent and impactful across all channels.

• Create and manage company-related content for internal and external communication channels, including the internal portal, company website, and social media platforms

• Handle media requests and inquiries

• Support various teams, functions, and plants in developing and implementing communication strategies and concepts, including local communications for plants

• Manage internal and external C-Level communications, including interviews, videos, Social Media profiles and communication, and photography; develop effective procedures for communicating company strategy and key topics

• Develop and implement crisis communication plans for all stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with and strongly support all Freudenberg Group communication activities, representing Freudenberg Sealing Technologies

• Develop and implement a monitoring system to consistently track the performance of all corporate communications activities and derive optimization measures

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: 5-7 years of industry-relevant experience in Corporate Communications.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a relevant field. Advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.

Skills needed for Success in this role:

• Intercultural Competence: Ability to navigate and understand different cultures.

• Strong editorial writing expertise and video editing skills.

• Experience in using Content Management Systems like Sitecore and Sharepoint.

• Understanding of social media strategies and trends.
