Let us describe the challenge we offer
Technical Operations at Polestar encompasses Service Point Technical Support as well as Technical Training. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Polestar service point network with technical expertise, knowledge transfer, assistance leading to case resolution while providing a world class training environment to develop Service Point technicians. As a Technical Operations Specialist you will also provide on-site support for Polestar product events and product training.
This role requires 50-60% overnight travel throughout North America and is expected to be based within the Pacific Northwest region of the United States.
