AECOM Saskatoon is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Buildings + Places team.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provide project coordination / control and review the designs and construction of infrastructure projects proposed by third parties on behalf of our clients to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Project coordinator for buildings.
Support project managers with routine and non-routine tasks.
Typical duties will include:
Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings;
Monitor project costs and budgets;
Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports;
Prepare and/or review documents (drawings, reports, contractor shop drawings, etc.);
Acts as liaison between Third Parties and client;
Prepare project schedules and monitor progress of work; and
Review and compile client submittals
Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced project manager.
Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
