Job Description
Working in with our Trenchless Services Operations team in Port Perry, ON, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating & dispatching crews/fleet vehicles to meet and exceed client expectations while maintaining an emphasis efficiency and improving profitability. Please note this is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential to go full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of Fleet Schedules
- Schedule & Provide daily work assignments to truck operators as directed
- Gather information from clients regarding project locations, job details etc.
- Assist in calling & emailing of crews and customers to confirm daily truck scheduling requirements
- Work Order allocation and tracing
- Schedule subcontractors when required and assisting with billing/work orders
- Provide detailed billing information to Accounts Receivable
- Other duties in assisting Operations Team as required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Key Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience
- Ability to work additional hours to meet demands during peak season
- Able to respond to before/after hours scheduling changes
- Computer literate with MS office applications
- Must have related industry experience in all or some of the following:
-Vacuum, Hydrovac Trucks
-Underground Construction
-Trucking/Fleet Management
-Sewer / Water
-Underground Utilities
