Position Overview
The role of Customer Service Advisor, Junior requires professionalism, proactivity, and enthusiasm to succeed in a role. Candidates need to have excellent English verbal communication skills and high computer literacy. It requires someone who is hardworking and self-motivated with the confidence and ambition to deliver success to both themselves and the group.


Responsibilities and duties

  • Check whether the contract with the supplier became valid from the agreed date, via e-mail or other data sources
  • Obtain relevant data from different sources
  • Resolve objections
  • Check the correctness of the first bill
  • Work on change of tenancies
  • Work on compensation claims
  • Resolve all billing related issues
  • Work on meter operator contracts
  • Execute additional responsibilities and tasks requested by the line manager

Job qualifications and requirements

  • Good command of the English language
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and capacity for teamwork

Education prerequisites

  • High school diploma, Bachelor's degree - desirable, but not required
