Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 60%). In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. While prior experience in the battery industry is not required, a strong interest in learning about batteries and technical subjects is essential. Your Role
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess their fit with our solutions, and qualify them as sales opportunities.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to nurture them through the lead funnel.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and refining lead-generation playbooks.
CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.
Your Skills
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a significant plus.
Interest in Technology: A strong desire to learn about batteries and technical concepts, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a flexible work environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving industry trends.
