We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of high-voltage substations and associated primary and secondary circuits. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality in electrical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

Supervision & Technical Oversight

  • Supervise the construction, maintenance, and commissioning of high-voltage substations, including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection systems.
  • Ensure proper installation and connection of primary (HV) and secondary (LV) electrical circuits.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics for electrical networks.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage and direct a team of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Assign tasks and monitor progress while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce strict adherence to electrical safety standards, and IEC regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements related to high-voltage electrical systems.

Project Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to work progress, materials, and safety incidents.
  • Coordinate with utility companies, inspectors, and other stakeholders as required.
