Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!
We’re looking for a junior professional (2–3 years experience) with a strong interest in corporate strategy and a solid analytical foundation. In this role, you’ll be part of our Corporate Strategy & Development team, working on international strategic initiatives, while also supporting selected M&A activities. This is a great opportunity to grow into a strategic role with exposure to the full lifecycle of business transformation—from market analysis to integration.
Your responsibilities:
Strategic analysis & planning: Support the development of strategic initiatives by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities. Contribute to shaping the business group’s long-term positioning and growth agenda.
M&A support: Contribute to the strategic assessment of potential acquisition opportunities, support due diligence efforts, and help drive integration planning and execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Cross-functional project support: Collaborate with teams from operations, finance, HR, and IT to implement strategic and integration projects across the organization.
Stakeholder communication: Help prepare high-quality presentations and reports for the Board of Management and other key stakeholders.
Research & insights generation: Conduct structured research and transform findings into actionable insights for decision-makers.
Education: Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or a related field, with strong academic results.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, M&A, or strategy consulting. Exposure to financial modeling and valuation is a plus, but your strategic mindset is what matters most.
Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity for business topics, and the ability to think conceptually and structure complex issues.
Team spirit: A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for working with international and cross-functional teams.
Communication skills: Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to support executive-level messaging.
Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
