Field Audit Agent

Field Audit Agent contributes to Ion Solar by acting as quality assurance for much of the service work done by field technicians. They ensure that projects continue to move from the point of installation until final inspections are scheduled.

Responsibilities:

Field Audit Agent has the following responsibilities and duties:

• Receive installation audits and resolve the ticket with efficiency and production times
• Review each days tickets to make sure each service scheduled has an audit result and resolution.
• Receive feedback from field employees and utilize critical thinking and problem solving to resolve issues.
• Communicate with remote and local team members - occasionally delivering failed audit feedback and delivering coaching on proper SOP’s.

Qualifications:

Field Audit Agent should have the following skills, education and experience:

• Critical thinking
• Problem solving
• Ability to learn technical skills and jargons for audits
• Self-Driven in order to prioritize line items under short deadlines
• Average or higher skills in use of technologies including computers, texting apps, phones, CRMS.
• Attention to detail
