Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the evaluation and execution of potential M&A transactions.
- Conduct financial analysis, including valuation modeling and due diligence.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the development of strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on strategic opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience or coursework in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
