Responsibilities:

• Management of administrative and documentary tasks related to warehouse activities

• Handling movements and transactions in SAP related to warehouse operations: receipt of raw materials, material movements, shipments, and transactions with external warehouses

• Incident management with external warehouses and transportation, as well as document management and key performance indicators tracking

• System maintenance, monitoring various SAP reports, and updating and maintaining master data in the system (SAP)

• Communication and support to other KLI departments to contribute to the company's overall objectives

• Management of cyclical inventories

• Participation and support in functions related to statistics and performance indicators

• Support and coordination of department tasks, following the guidelines and organization set by the Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications:

• SAP Key User - advanced knowledge

• Good English level

• Very good Spanish level

• Experience in industrial environment and experience in logistic

• Experienced in leading small teams (2-3 people)

• Experience in other SAP Module

• Communication, organization, decision-making and priority-setting skills

• Teamwork, initiative and planning
