Responsibilities / Tasks

At our office in Søborg, you will join our Service Management team in our Business Unit Powder & Thermal Separation unit. We are a team of highly skilled professionals, who work together to make a positive impact on society by developing Service solutions that help prolong the lifetime of our customers’ plants. As a member of our international team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals from around the world who share a common purpose.

You will play a crucial role in driving growth, value and impact through the development and management of service offerings for both existing products and new products to be launched. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and leverage customer insights to create and enhance service solutions that meet the needs of our target customers.

More specifically, you will:

  • Plan and execute the Service product strategy including the development and articulation of a clear service product vision and strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure service offerings complement and enhance existing and upcoming product lines
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations related to service offerings and build strong customer value propositions as an outcome
  • Lead the ideation, design, and development of service offerings for existing and new products
  • Define service features, specifications, and pricing strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of service offerings and successful launch of new product into the market.
     

Your Profile / Qualifications

With your strategic mindset and strong project management skills, you have the ability to drive initiatives from idea to implementation. And you have great communication and presentation skills, alongside strong collaboration abilities across professional levels.

Ideally, you come with industry experience from food/dairy/chemical processing combined with knowledge of building Service offerings – but we are more focused on finding a new colleague with the right mindset rather than a specific background. So, we hope you thrive in an organisation with a startup and agile mindset to create fast and scalable outcomes.

We furthermore imagine that you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, mechanical or process engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in product management, with a focus on service offerings
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience in working in matrix organizations with high technology focus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Great and possibly strong English skills
