Your Role & Mission - We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial-minded talent to join us as a Founder’s Associate. This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with Christian Heinrich, Co-Founder of Carbmee, and our senior leadership team, contributing to the business operations, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives of the company.
In this role, you will provide key operational support while gaining direct exposure to leadership. Strategic Support & Operations: Collaborate with Christian Heinrich, Co-Founder of Carbmee, to support high-level initiatives, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and ensuring the efficient execution of key business strategies
Business Analysis & Reporting: Assist with market research, data analysis, and preparation of impactful documents such as one-pagers and customer value propositions, contributing to overall business strategy and go-to-market efforts
Partnership Development: Work alongside Dieter Krockauer, VP of Carbon Transformation, to develop and manage strategic partnerships, with a focus on expanding the company’s ecosystem and driving new business opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a resource across teams, providing insights into business strategy, marketing and sales to support decision-making
Operational Excellence: Drive improvements in internal processes, support high-priority projects, and ensure operational efficiency across key initiatives
Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
2+ years of professional experience in consulting, business development, venture capital, investment banking or a similar field
A strong analytical mindset, capable of solving complex problems while executing high-priority tasks
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with senior leadership and external partners, and create clear, compelling materials
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and take ownership of key projects
Fluency in German (native or equivalent proficiency) and English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
Excited to work in an international environment based in our Munich office, contributing to a dynamic and rapidly growing company
