We are expanding our multidisciplinary design team involved in a wide range of projects Worldwide.
The architectural group is looking for colleagues to involve them in projects across various geographies with many of them covering all design phases, from scratch to construction phase and are being developed at the highest level of technical expertise, BIM, and collaborative working. We offer a diversity of tasks to develop your skills from master planning, architecture, interior, presentation, and graphic design as well as possibility to learn new software. If you are driven and focused on your development, coordination and project management are at hand for you no matter your level of experience.
You will be required to:
Collaborate closely with local and international teams on the project delivery.
Provide leadership and guidance to the architectural team.
Mentor and coach junior architects and other team members.
Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization.
Prepare detailed design plans, layouts, elevations, cross-sections, and other associated documents.
Lead the design and development of complex architectural solutions.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for the project.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables from an architectural perspective.
Monitor and manage architectural aspects of project timelines and budgets.
Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
Conduct architectural reviews to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
Address complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in architectural processes.
Prepare documentation to support planning application and maintain up to date portfolio of the building types in cad forms including approved variations.
Cooperate with quantity surveyors, engineers, and other design professionals.
Ensuring compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.
