Are you ready to make a significant impact in Cybersecurity? We are expanding our Cybersecurity team and looking for a talented Cyber Security Governance Specialist to play a crucial role in our organisation, with a focus on the ANZ region.
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape and enhance our global cybersecurity capabilities while customising solutions to meet the unique needs of the ANZ business landscape.
As a vital member of our team, you will:
Lead and deliver the development and delivery of contemporary and innovative cyber security training and awareness initiatives in ANZ, ensuring alignment with global campaigns and reporting on compliance and effectiveness.
Spearhead the refinement and update of the Acciona Cyber Security Framework (ACSF), ensuring local policies, procedures, standards, and controls are tailored and up to date.
Be the cybersecurity governance specialist, influencing, implementing and improving existing governance measures across the organisation.
Lead the implementation and enhancement of ACCIONA's ISO 27001 certified Information Security Management System (ISMS), focusing on risk management and control processes.
Drive local cyber security assessments, audits, and compliance efforts, providing key insights and recommendations to the broader Cyber Security team.
Stay ahead of cyber security trends and emerging threats, applying this knowledge to fortify ACCIONA's cyber security posture and maintain alignment with global strategies
Required Skills and Competencies
Bachelor鈥檚 degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics is preferred for a strong grasp of complex technical concepts.
Contemporary, passionate and self-driven individual that strives to add value and achieve great outcomes.
Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent demonstrates advanced expertise and industry-recognised knowledge.
Experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Risk Management, or Audit, with a preference for development experience, showcasing practical application and enhancement of security protocols.
Proficient in Frameworks and Regulations: Expertise in ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, DoD CMMC, and specific risk frameworks like ISO 27005 and NIST 800-30, along with deep knowledge of local and global cyber security legislation.
A background in technical roles such as architecture, infrastructure administration or solution architecture.
