We are constantly moving forward and looking out for C&I Service Specialist in the department of Services to support our growth in the solar industry.


Your main tasks in this role would be the following:

Project Management

  • Oversees the planning, execution and commissioning of C&I energy storage project. 

  • Develop and maintain project schedule, ensuring timely execution. 

 

Contract Management

  • Lead preparation of service quotation for Sungrow customers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. 

  • Support relationship management with customers, integrating needs and demands for long-term service offering

  • Lead relationship management within Sungrow Sales and Product Manager teams

  • Support Service Sales with standardization of service offerings and long-term service strategies

 

Vendor and Service Provider Coordination

  • Select and manage third-party service providers for installation, maintenance, and support.

  • Ensure vendors meet performance and quality standards.

  • Facilitate procurement processes and vendor negotiations.

 

Your profile
  • Education in HR, Economics, Business Management or anything similar

  • 2 years of experience as a technical support / after sales for PV/ESS or O&M

  • You are living in Munich or Munich area as you will be working from one of our Munich offices 

  • Structured and autonomous way of working.

  • Service orientation and eagerness to learn new technical things.

  • Fluent German (C1) and English skills (min. B2) are a must have. Communication with our clients will be in German and English. Other language skills are an advantage.

  • Flexible and proactive, able to work in a dynamic, diverse, customer-centric environment, self-starter, independent, able to take ownership, results-oriented, team player, and attentive to details
