You support our Branch Director with office and personal tasks.
You support the Administration and Finance Coordinator in the preparation of proforma invoices, purchase orders, and any other related and needed tasks.
You are an important link to internal departments, such as Engineering, Order Management, Marketing, Legal or Accounting, and are thus a valuable interdepartmental support.
In addition, you will take on varied organizational tasks, also for our international branches.
The involvement in projects concerning internal processes and structures rounds off your diversified field of activity.
Plan and book travel for director and employees.
Translating commercial and technical documents from English into Spanish and vice versa.
Your profile:
You have completed a commercial/administrative apprenticeship (or comparable), as well as first experience in the assistance area
You have a good command of the current MS Office applications and are skilled in creating and preparing presentations or spreadsheets
You have a distinct team player mentality and flexibility and always keep a cool head even in stressful situations
We assume that you are fluent in Spanish, and you will be happy to use your excellent English skills in your daily tasks
Reliability, independence and a trustworthy handling of sensitive information complete your profile.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
