At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to join us at our Dublin office.

Here’s what you’ll do: 

Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;

• Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery
• Undertake Line Management and or supervisory responsibilities, where you will support, motivate and mentor members of your team. Ensure all staff members reporting to you have current and relevant training
• Lead the management of the delivery of project management team outputs, in accordance with agreed time-scales and quality standards
• Positively engage with the construction and design team and work collaboratively to mitigate risks, avoid claims and disputes whilst maintaining meticulous records to allow you to quickly respond to issues arising and form an informed and balanced opinion having due regard to contract obligations.
• Experience in managing construction contracts on large infrastructure projects
• NEC Contract Management experience including NEC4 ECC and NEC4 PSC 
• Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects
• Lead the management of design on large complex projects
• Lead the management of tender documents, appraisals and negotiations on large complex projects
• Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients due to repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
