M&A/EHS Consulting Associate (Graduate level)

We as an organisation support our Clients with facing their challenges as they look to optimise their environmental, safety and social performance, while also maximising positive impact and navigating societal and economic sustainability challenges.

Our teams are looking for candidates who have interest in Mergers & Acquisitions and Sustainable Operations – covering environment, health & safety (EHS) due diligence and EHS compliance auditing.

Your first 12 months as a Graduate Entry Level employee will include:

Some key attributes for success:

• Tertiary education in environmental engineering, environmental science or a related degree. Master's degree in environment would be favourable but not essential.
• Recent graduate to 2 years of experience or looking for a career change.
• Enthusiastic and driven with the ability to be agile and innovative.
• Strong commitment to safety; ability to follow established health and safety protocols.
• Interest in audit and assurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organizational and analytical skills; ability to process and analyse technical data and preparing reports. 
• Appetite for learning new digital tools and applications.
• Ability to confidently engage and consult with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to succeed in a consulting environment, simultaneously handling multiple project assignments and meeting strict deadlines.
• Dependable, with integrity, respect, positive outlook, and customer focus
• Ability to work as a team player.
