The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the commercial team, responsible for supporting global business operations by implementing and executing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations and working closely with Marketing Managers and Product Managers, this role requires a solid understanding of digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be essential in maximizing commercial strategies by leveraging all digital channels to meet and exceed business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Campaign Management: Increase the ROI of each business line by optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads.
  • Digital Advertising: Oversee and manage Google Ad campaigns, optimizing performance weekly through bid adjustments, keyword refinement, and ad copy updates. Conduct in-depth analysis monthly, focusing on conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS), and implement strategic adjustments quarterly, including budget allocation and targeting optimization.
  • Keyword Strategy Execution: Implement keyword strategies using tools such as Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Execute on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve rankings and domain authority of all division websites.
  • Performance Reporting: Consolidate SEO and SEM performance data to provide insights for continuous improvement. Present findings to stakeholders monthly to stimulate awareness and demand.
  • Content Optimization: Guide content creators to ensure all content is SEO-friendly and effective.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness as well as with Web Masters & Developers for technical SEO optimizations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and brand guidelines.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital communication.
