Job Title: Sales & Product Team Associate

Department: Sales & Product Management

Reports to: Sr. VP of Global Sales & Product Management

Workforce Type: Full-Time Permanent, Exempt - Hybrid 

Job Summary:  

The Sales & Product Team Associate supports cross-functional initiatives that drive sales performance, enhance customer engagement, and improve internal systems and workflows. This role works closely with the sales and product teams to execute on a variety of operational and strategic projects related to CRM management, sales enablement, and customer feedback. 

  • Support process improvements through low-code tools and CRM (salesforce.com) workflow solutions to automate manual tasks and enhance efficiency 
  • Follow up on inbound leads, coordinating closely with Account Executives to move prospects through the pipeline from first engagement to scoping and quoting 
  • Target vertical market and account research, including lead enrichment and CRM account and target contact / prospect management 
  • Maintain and improve knowledge documentation for internal processes 
  • And other general projects that will be defined by the sales and product teams 

You will work with senior team leadership, the sales and marketing teams, customers, and internal cross-functional teams to plan and perform your various assigned projects.

Required Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills—able to distill and convey both technical and customer-facing information. 
  • Proficient with Salesforce and other CRM/reporting tools to analyze and improve workflows, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Familiarity with or interest in low-code CRM platforms and sales automation tools. 
  • Proactive approach to documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing. 
  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly. 
  • Ability to work well under direction, independently, or with a team. 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Information Systems, or a related field 
  • 1+ years’ internship experience in a related professional environment 
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, operations, or product support
